Red Velvet Cake in a Jar

I've always wanted to try this and since am not too into sweets I figured these single serving cakes would be enough. Lets just hope it turns out good.

You will need:
3 Large Eggs
1 ¼ cups of water
1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil
Cream Cheese frosting
A box of Duncan Hines Red Velvet cake mix
Mason Jars- 1 pint size
 For the Cupcakes:  
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl at low speed until moistened.
3. Pour batter in pans and bake immediately
4. Bake for about 25 minutes.
5. Cool in wire rack for 15 minutes 

Assembling the cakes: 
1. Place 1 bottom in each jar and crumble with a wooden spoon to spread it
2. Put a layer of the frosting.
3. Take the top of the cupcake and place on top of the layer of frosting.
4. Flatten (gently smash) the top part of the cupcake inside the jar. You want them to get sort of flat.           
5. Frost the top of the cupcake, then screw the top on tightly.
